    Boneless Chicken Thigh, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Chicken Stock Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika Powder and other Herbs/Spices, Soya Sauce, Seafood Extract, Vinegar, Molasses, Salt, Oil.

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Defrost completely and remove from the packaging.
    2. 
    Heat a lightly oiled pan over high heat.
    3.
    Place the chicken skin-side down and pan-fry for 4 minutes.
    4.
    Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
    5.
    Remove from the pan and serve immediately.

    Air Fryer Cooking Instructions:
    From Frozen (No Defrost Required)
    1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
    2. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
    3. Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

    After Defrosting
    1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3minutes.
    2. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
    3. Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for a further 3 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
