• *Re-attempt Delivery with RM 15 charges - Kindly let us know if you won’t be around on the delivery date OR we can’t contact you upon delivery, we can arrange for a re-attempt delivery (an RM15 charge will be imposed).
• *We are unable to provide the scheduling of specific delivery times. However, it can be arranged to be delivered by an outsourced rider at your cost.
• *Additional RM15 admin fees will be imposed, should the customer wish to proceed with order cancellation.
• In the event that any Product(s) delivered is not within Customer's Satisfaction, Customers are required to contact our customer service at 012-550 6183 to coordinate on the return & exchange of the products within twenty-four (24) hours from the date and time of receipt of the Product(s).

Delivery Fees:

• We only accept orders of at least RM90
