    Excellent cut

    Good quality of meat.
    Braised it with yam and was delighted with the end results. Pork was tender and great for pull-pork dishes.

    A really good, solid piece with some fat on. Arrived well packaged and well frozen. Driver arrived nice and early in the morning. Was a bit blur when my husband went down to collect instead of me. Will definitely buy again! I just wish the meats were labeled properly in case i ever buy large quantity of it.
