Pork Cube meat tough

After cooking, meat is tough. It's lead no fats so due to lean it's too tough. Hard to chew

Cubes size

I feel that the cube was cut too small. The meat was too lean for sweet sour cooking. My preferences would be slightly bigger cubes with some fat within the meat.

Perfect pork cubes

Just love the pork cubes. So easy to cook. Made sweet n sour pork (ku lou yoke). And it's yummilicious if you stir fry it with green peppers and onion
